Shipping Times:All items will be processed within 2-5 business days of the order being placed plus an additional 2-5 days for your order to arrive at your door. If there are any delays or problems pre-shipment, Exotic World will attempt to contact the customer.If any items are out of stock, Exotic World will contact the customer to offer alternatives or to receive a full refund to their method of payment immediately. Damaged Packages/Products:Claims made for damaged products will be covered by USPS carrier insurance and the customer must make a claim through their website. All damages are to be handled through the carrier service selected and the customer agrees to this when using our services.

Melted Product:As the temperature starts to rise across the USA, it becomes more difficult to guarantee the freshness and condition of chocolates and other melt-able goods.If temperatures in your city are above 73 Fahrenheit, goods may arrive slightly damaged. If temperatures are above 82 Fahrenheit, goods are more susceptible to melt in transit. You will have an option during check out to have ice packs included with your package to prevent melting. This option will be available at an additional charge. Although, this extra optionDOES NOTguarantee that your chocolates will still not melt.
We can not be responsible for any temperature-related damages caused during shipping. Please refer to our return policy regarding returns and damages.
Refunds & Returns:
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com If your return is accepted, you will be in charge of shipping the items back to the address provided. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues:

If any product is returned to the sender due to damage, the undamaged items will be refunded to the customer and we will file a claim for the damaged product through the shipping carrier. Upon acceptance of the claim, we will refund the leftover amount back to the customer. Shipping charges are non-refundable in any and all circumstances.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
All seasonal, limited edition, international drinks, and snacks are purchased at the customer's discretion and the customer is aware that on some of these items, due to their limited time being sold and import time, products are not guaranteed to be within expiration periods, and in most cases, these items will be at a discounted price if they have expired or gone past their best by date.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
